My approach to training weaves together my background in powerlifting, kettlebell conditioning, and yoga. I work one-on-one with clients to improve strength, balance, alignment, mobility, and spatial awareness, to develop a mind-body connection and feel more confident and capable moving through the world.

I currently have a few spots available for in-person and virtual clients. We work together to create a customized workout plan that meets your goals, exercise and injury history, and current lifestyle.
